However, upon picking up the phone and checking out Infinology's claim, this reviewer was unable to reach a support representative on three different attempts over the course of two days. To their credit, I was able to leave a detailed message and a technician has promised to return my call. At the time of this writing (24 hours after leaving the initial message), a support rep. has yet to phone.
What Infinology does have is a very thorough Frequently Asked Question system on their website (http://home.infinology.com/faq/), which answers everything from the most basic questions regarding control panels to the more complex puzzlers about DNS, SQL, and CGI scripts. They also have several email addresses listed on their support page, which enables one to get in contact with a variety of support departments.
